Ken Maher's Photo Gallery
The animal images in these galleries are of wild and free animals unless noted as photographed in controlled conditions. Most of them were taken with very long telephoto lenses up to 600mm, and in some cases with teleconverters providing the effect of 840 to 1200mm. Wild animals should not be approached closely by those who are unfamiliar with the behavior of the species. To do so, places both the animal and the person approaching at risk.
